Drumming 101 needs students
Drumming 101 is a 1 1/2 hour class on Tuesdays from 2:15-3:45pm for students in second through fifth grade. Attendance is low and a few more students are needed to keep this course available. If your student is interested please sign up NOW!

Designed by a music industry professional, Drumming 101 employs innovative tools, techniques, and a state-of-the-art stereo monitoring system-that will teach kids to rock!
Instructor: Jon Slatkin is a West Seattle parent and musician/producer. Present/past clients include Capitol Hill Block Party, Bumbershoot, Sundance Film Festival, YouTube. Modern Sky and EMP. Jon began his professional career at age 15 and studied with legendary drummer Jim Chapin. He is a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS) and the Percussive Arts Society.
