Our new Head Chef Andy Swift along with Sous Chef Steve Walton are establishing their modern British and European style. Classic dishes with a creative touch will be the order of the day, such as shin of beef cobbler with root vegetables and stilton & horseradish scones; and wild mushroom stroganoff with smoked pepper and wild rice.  Plus exciting new desserts, all made in house - naturally.

It’s all change with our street markets in 2017.  These will no longer take place on the 3rd Sunday of the month, but will instead be on specific dates throughout the year. Here’s what's coming up in the first half of the year:
  • 19 March: Retroville ~ retro & vintage homeware, clothes, records.
  • 2 April: Street Market ~ all kinds of local food, drink arts and crafts.
  • 7 May: Plants & Garden Market ~ all things for the garden in partnership with Blooming Bedminster
  • 14 May: Art Market ~ showcasing local artists as part of the South Bank Arts Trail
  • 18 June: Retroville ~ retro & vintage homeware, clothes, records.

Taking her dark lyrical cues from Tom Waits and Leonard Cohen, this instantly captivating pianist and "sinner-songwriter" paints a winter storm with song. Daisy's voice, her most powerful instrument, soars above classical piano to almost choral proportions, whilst the melodies are supported by dramatic fiddle and swelling cello.
