College Access For All
 
Helping children to achieve college and careers is a central FYI goal.  Our equation: high expectations plus supports ensure success. As advisors, allies, and cheerleaders, staff boost children’s confidence and self-concept; tutoring, SAT prep, college visits, and assistance with the application process help kids and their families, every step of the way, to achieve college success.

Aspirations and Accomplishments

Middle Schooler, Stanley Rodriguez, pictured with staff members Wendy Peña and Moises Torres.  FYI’s 35 staff members showed off their college gear and fielded lots of questions from kids on January 11th – NYCDOE's College Awareness Day.
Second grader, Oliver Nicasio, considered staying local for college.
