The BTCD snapshot happened on block 1486000, and the notary node elections have just begun!

- Elections began on January 15th
- Elections will finish on January 29th 3pm UTC
- KMD distribution takes place on January 31st 3pm UTC

We had come a long way, as the development of our overall platform began when SuperNET was founded in 2014. Today we have the core tech ready, and we are preparing for launch.

We have two separate GUI projects: 1) Iguana multiwallet GUI, 2) EasyDEX GUI. Together we refer to them as Iguana desktop app, or simply Iguana.

Since the last newsletter, there were a few new updates.

There have been may interesting conversation on our Slack lately. For example, on last Tuesday we had a lengthy discussion about the Iguana app and DEX. We published the chat logs on bitcointalk.

In another discussion, we explained what our platform is, and how it is different from childchains and proxy tokens. We indeed have developed a huge platform that has tons of features.

During the ICO you got a seed (12-word passphrase) that will allow you to access your KMD coins. We don't have it, so if you lose your seed, you will lose your investment.

However, because the coins aren't distributed yet you still got time to double check or even change the seed! Login to your ICO account and verify your seed!

The distribution will happen on January 31st.
