New monthly Yoga and Relaxation session especially for You!

Dear All
I am excited to be starting with this new year, on the third Saturday of every month, a new Yoga and Relaxation class especially for You. Since all my weekly classes for grownups are now fully booked I wished to create a space for Mums like you to drop-in when you can and enjoy some delicious "me-time". We start this Saturday (6.00-7.15pm) and you can book your space online or by email. The class will include restorative yoga and flowing sequences for energy and vitality. You can stay at the end for tea and conversation or float off to put the kids to bed. Come when you can - you are always welcome.
Family Yoga for tots and their grownups also resumes this week on Wednesday and will continue this term on a fortnightly basis.

Sat 21 Jan - Mother Nurture Yoga
An evening session for women only (no kids) to practice womb-friendly yoga, deep relaxation and meditative awareness on the path of mothering. Aimed at mothers of children aged 0-4 but all women welcome. Babes in arms also welcome.
Third Saturday of Every Month, 6-7.15pm
£10 per session. Book online
Weds 18 Jan - Family Yoga
Sound the bell, put your hands together and get ready for yoga time. A short yoga practice for parents and older babies or toddlers followed by sharing, snacks and playtime. Dads and male carers welcome.
Fortnightly Wednesdays 9.45-10.45am
Donations collected for childrens charities. Book online
