Food
Thanks so much to all of you who've been responding to my updates... it's like getting mail! And I have always loved to get mail. Makes me feel important. :)
The food here is SO good. Ramen & miso soup with home-made noodles, poached salmon, deliciously prepared vegetables like brussel sprouts and asparagus, a great salad bar, and fresh-baked bread and home-made dessert every evening. Banana cream pie, lemon cake, frosted brownies, reeses pb cup bars... It is seriously a good thing that I walk everywhere I go. And I'm working out every morning. I'm not sure it's going to be enough.
