Tucson City Court Event Listings Now Available
Updated listings for future Tucson City Court events are now available. A new computer system was installed last spring that City Courts uses for records management. Adjusting to this new system has been a long and difficult process. Finally, restoring the data flow for neighborhood use has happened. Here is the link to the opening page of the Neighborhood Support Network's listings of upcoming Tucson City Court events:

At present, there are two listings available that are updated six days a week.
The first one is limited to cases related to violations of the
Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance (see Part II, Ch.16), including criminal damage (e.g., graffiti and vandalism), unruly gatherings, excessive noise – red tag, junked motor vehicles, dilapidated housing, public nuisances, blight, trashy or weed filled yards, abandoned shopping carts and sign or zoning code violations.
The second listing is extended to include misdemeanor crimes and other violations being brought into court. As you can see, the courts are quite busy. Code violations, as shown by themselves on the first listing, are included here and are shaded to stand out. NSN has neighborhood designations for some of these incidents.
Making it easier for neighborhood leaders and other interested parties to attend Tucson City Court events is the goal. It is helpful for the judge to see that neighbors care enough to come into court to support neighborhood values and interests. The links on the
main NSN court events page give more information about these listings and about going to city court.
Please feel free to share this message and to promote going to city court with neighborhood interests in mind. Feedback or questions can be sent to
