2017 is already bursting with activity and there's no slowing down in sight!
The company welcomed in the new year with an outstanding showcase at APAP, the global performing arts conference and marketplace, as we already start preparing for next year. That same day, senior dancer Elena D'Amario was honored at the Clive Barnes Awards, and the dancers returned to rehearsal, learning new works to be premiered this season!  Our spring tour kicks off at the end of the month --  we'll see you there!

APAP Showcase 2017

The company performed for a full house of presenters and performing arts professionals, receiving roaring applause for the new works.

Also Presented: Excerpts of "Ma Maison" by Trey McIntyre and a new work from GenerationNow Fellow, Omar Roman De Jesus

See these premiers and more at The Joyce Theater, May 16th - 28th, 2017

Elena D'Amario joined her fellow theater and dance nominees at the Clive Barnes Awards.  We were honored to stand among our most distinguished colleagues and for Elena to be the only modern dancer recognized in the field!
Congratulations to all the winners & nominees!

The dancers have been rehearsing with acclaimed b-girl and Bessie Award Winner, Ephrat Asherie. This collaborative new work between Ephrat and David will be the company's first venture into house dance, bringing Parsons's dynamic athleticism into a new dimension.  The piece, set to a commissioned original score by Marty Beller, will premier on the Italy Tour and at The Joyce Theater!
