Transformational thinking about organisations and how to lead and work in them.

Master of Management – Organisation Dynamics

A three-year, part-time postgraduate degree for work-experienced professional to:
  • Identify structural, cultural and technological blockers to change
  • Understand and influence complex organisation and group dynamics
  • Learn new approaches to diagnose and solve chronic organisational issues
  • Build conceptual and emotional resilience
This is an internationally recognised and endorsed course which combines academic rigour with work-based application. A small group cohort and experiential design mean that the learning is rich, relevant, reflective and will remain long after the program is complete. The course is offered in part-time study mode only.
This is Australia’s only course specialising in organisation dynamics and fills a critical gap by providing managers with the creative, insightful, disruptive and critical thinking required for today’s organisations and the people who work in them.
