1. High quality, high resolution photos are important. If it is less than 1000kb or 1mb, then it is probably too small for print. Please submit your images for front or back cover consideration ASAP.
2. Please keep articles under 400 words: +/- 350 words seems to work best. If you have something exceptional that requires more than 400 words, please contact me by email to let me know about your story and accompanying images.
Don't use your stories just to regurgitate your events list. Your event list is not a story. You may want to choose just one event to focus on, or a cast or crew member, a volunteer or group of volunteers, information or history on a piece of music, a story about a play or a character, or even why people should or would like to come see that particular event.
3. Please include the following information in your date order event list: Date(s), event title, time of event(s), very brief description, organization, venue, city, phone (or email address), website.
4. Ads are very reasonably priced. Eighth page is $85, Quarter page is $150, Half page is $225, Full page is $400 per issue. Commit to buying four ads in one year and get the fifth ad for free, and you can skip one issue during the year. Some groups skip the summer issue, because they have nothing in the summer or they aren't yet prepared to announce their season starting in the fall.
