Fran Lilley's Memorial Service:
 Fran Lilley's Memorial Service will be held at the HSUCC on Jan 28th at 11:00am. All are welcome to join and celebrate Fran's life and service to God's community. There will be a fellowship time with refreshments after the service hosted by KOHS Connections and Missions teams. If you'd like to bring a finger food to share, please contact Heather Daniels.
Missions team helping with Habitat for Humanity:
 Please thank our Missions team for representing KOHS in the newest Habitat for Humanity project!
We’re a part of the 1st Holly Springs build ever! Our Missions team and volunteers are helping support this build on Saturday, January 14 and will be part of the dedication ceremony on Sunday, January 22.
We also have a new opportunity! There is a second build beginning on the same street in Holly Springs in February that we will support as well. Our Missions Team will participate in the wall raising ceremony for the second house at 3:30pm on Saturday January 21.

Missions: Brown Bag Bring Back
 January's Brown Bag Bring Back continues to support the Holly Springs Food Cupboard. This month the Missions team asks you to fill your back with canned/shelf stable soups of any variety. Please return your back by Sunday 22-Jan. Thank you for your help!

Strategic Planning Update
Focus on Youth and Education (31-Dec):
 Calling all neighbors! We've had a difficult time finding the best fit for supporting our nursery during our worship service. If you're aware of anyone who may be interested in this position, please contact Lane Yow or Heather Daniels.
Pastoral Leadership (14-Jan):
 The Pastoral Search Committee will be away this Sunday hearing one of our candidate's message as part of the evaluation process. Please pray for God's guidance to find the best fit for our congregation and for safe travels as they serve our congregation in this endeavor.

Time and Talents
- Love in Action (Brown Bag Bring Back): This is an easy way for you to serve and share with others in our community. With Brown Bag Bring Back you will receive a bag with a note highlighting a particular need in our area following worship service once per month. The note will include a list of items you can provide to help fill that need. Simply fill the bag with what you are able to provide and return it when you come to worship service the following week. - Love in Action: Serve our community and support the Missions team by donating food for the Holly Springs Food Cupboard any Sunday or helping with the milk supply runs on Thursdays.
