Hi <<First Name>> ,

How are you?

The year is already moving so fast and we are already seeing lots of activity in the clinic. We've been excited to expand our services to 'Seven Days a Week', with Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy and Podiatry now available on Saturday's 8am-5pm and Sundays 9am-5pm. So if you are stuck at work and finding it hard to make it in during the week, we can help you all weekend.

We hope you had a good Australia Day, whether it be at the beach, having some snags or lamb on the BBQ with family and friends or taking in the festivities in and around the harbour.

The BSM team have got a busy month ahead in February with a few events on, such as the Trail Runner's Info Night (see below for details) and our sixth Annual Charity Golf Day on Friday 24th February. Come and join us for a hit and raise awareness for Men's Health

JAMES REES

With a new year well on its way, you may be setting new goals for your golf handicap or trying out some new clubs on the course. Despite the low impact stigma that surrounds golf, it is actually a sport that requires coordinated movement through ranges that are rarely utilised during an average day. Thus, one must invest time in order to develop the flexibility to reduce risk of injury as well as develop the strength to control and advance your golf swing.
