Be Real have launched a new toolkit today to tackle low body image among young people

VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH

It’s that time of month again when we ask Members to nominate their volunteer of the month.

If you are working with an outstanding volunteer then please do nominate them; and send completed forms to louise@neyouth.org.uk by the 31st January 2017.

Winners of each Volunteer of the Month will receive a certificate and their positive story and impact will be featured in our e-newsletter and social media sites.  Anyone can nominate, whether you’re someone who works with and/or manages a volunteer, or a friend or family member. This Award is open to all volunteers (aged 11+) who are involved at your club/organisation and are affiliated members of NE Youth.

MEMBER IN THE SPOTLIGHT

What's happening in your Club - NE Youth would like to hear from you if you have some good news to share with the Youth and Community Sector.

If, for example, you may have some good practice / ideas you would like to share or if your club receives some funding or wins an award let us know and we will feature this in one of our weekly newsletters; as well as promotion through our social media sites also.

Where possible, it is encouraged that photographs accompany the story, providing the relevant permissions have been obtained prior to sending. Please email good news stories to Louise.
