Flour Bakery

Flour Bakery was established in 2007 by a baker who had a vision of opening her own bakeshop with her mother, to share her talent and brilliant baking skills. She sold the bakery in 2015 to a couple with a vision of giving back to their community by raising donations for dog rescue. The couple soon decided that the bakery would be better in the hands of the first employee they hired - trained by the original owner - who was passionate about the shop and the products.
Courtenay Bowman was just 20 years old when she took over the bakery in mid-2016. Out of respect for the original owner and her talent and ideas, Courtenay decided to bring back the original vision for the bakery, with a new look and feel. Courtenay is now the owner and visionary behind the new Flour Bakery, a business she runs together with her mother, Roberta.
Flour Bakery's mission is to make people happy, where customers are the focus on everything we do. The legacy of the original owner's vision lives on, and Courtenay will also ensure that the passion of the dog rescue corner will been continued.
