The All-Inclusive Office Routine Service Benefit Saves Members Time and Money

BusinessADVANTAGESM offers many different plan designs for employers to choose from that provide members with the convenience of an all-inclusive, comprehensive copayment. What does that mean? Members who visit a participating provider in the Advantage network will pay one copayment for all diagnostic and treatment services performed in the office under the open access plan.

Members can get all routine services, including those outside the standard mandated Affordable Care Act (ACA) benefits, for one copayment. Services are not limited to routine and sick visits. They also include in-office surgical procedures, labs and X-rays with no limits or caps. Members can get necessary services at a set cost with no hidden fees. This also encourages members to see in-network providers of their choice to establish and maintain a relationship. This improves members' health care experiences.

The all-inclusive, comprehensive copayment has been a significant feature of BlueChoice HealthPlan products for years and continues to be a primary selling feature with the 2017 open access plans. The high deductible health plans (HDHPs) only cover the mandated preventive services at 100 percent. This is just one of many reasons your employers and their employees can benefit from BusinessADVANTAGE in 2017.
