107.2   Have your say.  In preparation for International Clinical Trials Day and It’s OK to Ask Campaign (20 May 2017), NIHR are seeking views on the name of the campaign, ideas on material/freebies and any comments. Complete their survey by the 27 January 2017.

107.4   The East Midlands Leadership Academy and Academic Health Science Network have organised a full day Patient Leadership Course on the 16 February 2017 in Loughborough. Organisations can nominate up to 3 people by the 30 January 2017. Here’s more information.
107.5   Attend ‘Seminar 5: New Publics and Practice Approaches’ on 31 January 2017 from 1.30 – 6pm in London. Register your interest as soon as possible by email.
107.6   Get Involved. The Royal College of General Practitioners seek 6 new ‘Lay’ patient members to join their Patient & Carers Partnership Group. They meet 4 times a year in London. This is a voluntary, unremunerated role with expenses (travel, subsistence etc.) reimbursed.  Closing date for applications - 3 February 2017 at 5pm.
107.7   Get Involved - NHS England ramps up its ambition to support health through mobilising a social movement in health and care - starting with the 6 new care model vanguards. A series of seminars are organised to showcase learning and help develop local strategies supporting social action to improve health. Here’s more information and how to book onto one of the seminars.
