Your Top 10 Leadership Needs

Access an entire year’s worth of FREE leadership tools and advice! The ALLC is excited to be able to provide resources for you that directly relate to the top felt leadership needs of YWAM leaders in Asia. That’s YOU!! Just over a year ago, the ALLC collected input from nearly 500 of our leaders across Asia about the areas they most needed help in as leaders. And for the entire year of 2016, our YWAM Elders wrote articles, met with emerging leaders in small groups, and offered webinars (online workshops) that addressed each of the top leadership needs that were identified from those surveys. In this month’s issue of “The Learning Leader”, we are highlighting the most popular articles, resources and webinars of 2016 that are all available to you for free at any time through the ALLC website. Keep reading below, find a topic that most relates to your current leadership needs, and be blessed by the ALLC resources you find.

Together, we are a community of leaders in Asia, committed to lifelong learning through the sharing of our unique strengths, experiences, and resources. Thanks to everyone who has contributed so far, and we look forward to the future contributions that many more of you will make. We start below with a quick re-cap of the very successful YWAM Asia Leadership Summit from earlier this month…
