MEDIA TRAINING DAY
A very successful media training day run by Luke Harvey was held this week at Leicester in which Sammy Jo Bell, Adele Mulrennan and Will Featherstone were all given some advanced training in media presenting, gaining experience of what it's like to be behind the camera as well as on it. Mick Fitzgerald was on hand to give some handy interviewing tips and the jockeys had a chance to review themselves afterwards. Q&A with PHILIP ROBINSON & TIM REED
We're delighted to welcome former jockeys Philip Robinson and Tim Reed as part of a one year pilot scheme as Coaching Development Managers. Philip will be based full time in the South and Tim will be part time in the North. They will be responsible for leading the team of Jockey Coaches, ensuring that the Jockey Coaching Programme continues to develop for the benefit of jockeys and their coaches. Philip and Tim have taken part in a short Q&A about their new roles with some handy tips for jockeys to follow.

JOB BOARD HIGHLIGHTS
We're constantly updating our Job Board with new and varied roles around the country and abroad. Current opportunities include a Trainee Clerk of the Course position with The Jockey Club in the North West and a Racing Manager role for Hambleton Racing also based in the North (both roles close in early February). There are senior yard positions as well as Marketing roles at both Shadwell and Musselburgh Racecourse. Don't forget JETS can help with your CV, job application and interview technique.
