Hello St. Als Families!

As you surely know by now, our Annual Fund campaign is underway. The Annual Fund is a critical component in bridging the gap between tuition and the full cost of educating our children here at St. Alphonsus. Your donations directly benefit the students and their teachers.

A huge thank you to all who have turned in a Pledge Form and/or made a donation for our Annual Fund campaign. Your generous support is appreciated! So far we are at 15% of our 100% participation goal. That’s pretty darn good for just the first week!

What are the ways I can donate to the Annual Fund?

1. Donate online through the school website.

2. Donate online through the parish website.

3. Simply write a check and bring it in to the school office.

4. Fill out the Pledge Form and choose to be billed directly.

5. Use your “School Support” parish envelope, pictured below, and drop it in the basket during collection. 

How do I make an Online Donation?

You can donate through the school’s website. Click "Donate online now!".

You can also donate through the Parish website. Be sure to enter amount in “School Annual Fund” field under “Other Contributions” to have your donation accounted for the Annual Fund.
 

I'm going to donate online, do I need to turn in a Pledge Form?

If you’re planning to make an online donation now, as in the next week, there is no need to also turn in a Pledge Form. Once you make your donation we will have a record of it and you’re done.

If you’re planning to make an online donation later, but before May 19th, please turn in a Pledge Form indicating your intention so that we can make note of it.

I’ve already donated through the Church website or the School Support envelope earlier this year, do you have a record of my donation?

If you’ve made an online donation via the Church website, or through the Sunday “School Support” envelope, since July 1, 2016 – rest assured that we have recorded your Pledge for this year’s Annual Fund.

Our current year Annual Fund recording period is officially July 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017 so all donations received during this period will be accounted for.
