January 28/29 Update

Quick update for this weekend.  The sun is supposed to shine!  The trails will be covered here in Reno but Paul Miers will be holding a team workout on Sunday from 2-4 PM at Bowers Mansion.  This will be a similar format to the one he held two weeks ago.  It will allow for the athletes to get some time on the bikes and ride some roads with almost no traffic.  Paul will update his plans as the weekend approaches.

TBF race #2 is on Sunday.  Let me know if you are going so we can check in with you at the race.  For more information you can review the previous emails about this race from a few weeks back.  At this point I plan to race so I will not be coaching much prior to or during this event.  If my plans change I will let those that are going know.  (I had a meet n greet with a tree at the last race and separated my shoulder).
