I am conducting a research study on what traits academic librarians want in a leader, and I need your help.

To participate all you need to do is complete a short survey describing three traits of an academic library leader that has positively influenced your daily work life (If you cannot think of a library leader that has positively influenced your daily work life, then the survey has questions for you as well.), and the traits you think future library leaders will need to have a positive impact. Full directions are in the survey. This survey should take about ten minutes to complete.
