Webinar: A Complete Picture of Daylight - IBPSA-USA NYC Chapter
This is a recording of a NYC Chapter webinar, held on January 12, 2017. Daylighting is arguably the primary, experiential and physiological connection occupants have with a building. In addition, it's the simplest and most cost-effective means of reducing a building's electrical energy use. Yet it's often the most misunderstood and underutilized system in a building's design.
The Equalities Committee invites you to take a short survey to help us better understand the make-up of our community. Our aim is to better understand the building energy simulation community so we can track characteristics over time, and develop resources to best serve you. Your responses are strictly confidential and anonymous
January 28: Energy Modeling Best Practices and Applications - ASHRAE Winter Conference Course
Co-Sponsored by IBPSA-USA, this course covers the fundamentals of building energy modeling and explains how to use modeling to guide design decisions, with an emphasis on HVAC. This ALI course/seminar may be a suitable resource to help prepare for a Certification exam or earn PDHs for recertification.
