Make Your Voice Count 2016 - Your views on health and social care services
Healthwatch Northamptonshire will be out and about in the county this Winter as part of our annual engagement campaign, Make Your Voice Count. We will be attending community events across Northamptonshire to find out what people think of the services they use and their good and poor experience of health and social care services over the last year. We are also interested in finding out how people use additional services at local pharmacies. The survey can also be completed online, please share the link widely.

Northamptonshire Sustainability Transformation Plan (STP)
Northamptonshire's health and social care organisations have published their collaborative five-year plan to reshape and improve the way that care is delivered within Northamptonshire.
As the plan develops, there will be further opportunities for people to contribute and comment, as Northamptonshire looks to reshape its services and keep people well.
CQC Inspection - Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
The independent regulator of health, mental health, and adult social care in England, Care Quality Commission (CQC), will be inspecting Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust on the week beginning the 23 January 2017.
They would like to hear your feedback on the mental health and Community Mental Health services before the inspection.

Northamptonshire County Council Consultations - Adult Social Care
Northamptonshire County Council is undertaking three consultations on adult care services and would like your opinions.
The areas being focused on are the Northamptonshire Adult Social Care Services, long term care beds for older people and those with dementia, along with policies relating to payment of care and support.

Moving On Up Conference
The Information Advice Support Service will be hosting a second conference to support students with Special Education Needs (SEN) and Disability to develop independence and make choices. Alongside a number of workshops, young people will also get to tour the The Saints RFC stadium all completely free of charge.

Northampton Borough Council Budget Proposals Consultation
Northampton Borough Council has opened up their budget proposals for 2017/18 for public consultation. To make sure your views are heard and to influence their decisions, complete a short survey on the link below. Let them know how the proposals affect you and your communities.
The survey ends on 26 January 2017, before the budget is adopted in February 2017.
The Patient Information Forum has launched a new guide sharing the experiences of people who have first-hand experience of developing or using Personal Health Records.
Personal Health Records are a digital space for people to record and engage with their health and care information.
With issues such as digital health, self-care and supported self-management dominating current health policy, the guide shares real life examples of how these records could impact people's health and wellbeing, and change health services.
Patient and Public Involvement Consultation - NICE
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence has launched a set of new proposals to improve how they deliver patient and public involvement within their organisation as they look to improve how they work with the public as the organisation changes and develops.
