Seventh Grade Visits Windcrest Nursing Home

On the last day of school before Christmas break, Mrs. McComack’s seventh grade class went caroling at the Windcrest Nursing Home.  Mrs. Martha Lucas helped lead the singing; also, Mrs. Jill Elliot and Mrs. Ingrid Fairchild came to carpool, share Christmas goodies, and sing with the residents.  Each student shared jingle bells with the ladies and gentlemen as they shared their favorite Christmas Carols.  One of the nurses shared with us that we were the first group to come share Christmas greetings with the people who live at Windcrest.  Results?  The JOY of Christmas was very present in both the smiles of the children and the residents!
