What's Up at Hyper?!

Take Boxing Conditioning alongside Steph or enjoy Recovery Class on Saturdays


We've been enjoying Coach Austin's Boxing Conditioning on Tuesday nights as well as Coach Tim bringing Introduction to Olympic Lifting on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings.

And of course, what would we be without the Saturday morning Recovery Class led by yours truly?
