Dear Church,

Do you have a fishing tale to tell?  This week we hear a fishing story as we look at Luke 5.1-11.  Jesus is teaching on the shores of the Sea of Galilee and tells Simon to go out to the deep water to fish.  Reluctantly, they do and proceed to almost sink the boat with their catch.  Are we willing to go deeper to more fully experience God's abundance?  Come along as we explore this and more on Sunday.

Blessings,

Pastor Jeff

THE LORD’S KITCHEN Appeal
Lordship Community Church is raising money to support LCC’s participation in The Lord’s Kitchen.  The 2017 goal is to raise $800 to pay for the four dinners that Lordship Community Church will provide to The Lord’s Kitchen this year.  LCC serves approximately 100 meals at a cost of $200 for each dinner.  Please make your checks payable to Lordship Community Church with the notation “The Lord’s Kitchen Appeal” in the memo line so that the donations are credited to this appeal.  Contributions of any size are welcome.  The Lord’s Kitchen, a program under the direction of the Stratford Clergy Association, is served at Christ Episcopal Church, 2000 Main Street, in Stratford, to those in need in the Stratford community.

Thank you to all donors!!
