Hello,

On behalf of the Energy Science, Technology and Policy (EST&P) master’s program at Carnegie Mellon University, we would like to invite you to attend the 5th Annual Energy Symposium being held in Pittsburgh, PA on Monday, March 27th during CMU Energy Week.  The symposium will feature a robust panel of industry leaders and professors, and for the first time ever, a student competition!

Innovation Talks, is a student competition to present novel ideas in low-carbon energy. This platform will allow you to share research, projects, policy analyses or business models that can impact the future of low-carbon energy in our society.

Individuals and teams of up to five members will have the opportunity to present their ideas before a group of distinguished judges from industry and cash prizes awarded to the top three winners!

The first application deadline is Thursday, February 9th. For complete details, visit www.cmu-energy-symposium.org/innovation-talks/.

We also invite you to participate in the rest of CMU Energy Week- including days of multiple energy-themed forums, discussions, networking sessions, and an energy career fair!

Visit www.cmuenergyweek.org for more information.

Please feel free to pass this on to your constituents. We look forward to hosting your team!

Thanks,
EST&P Energy Symposium Team
