Welcome to 2017.

Happy 2017!  Central Oregon has been all about SNOW and more snow this year.  A total of 89.6 inches of snow fell between December 1992 and March 1993, according to the weather service. Currently Bend has seen 57.4 inches of snow.... on track to beat the record! 

Weather challenges have definitely slowed down showings.  Inventory is low, which is typical for this time of year. If you are thinking about listing your home, now is the time!  You have less competition, and buyers this time of year are more serious buyers.
