Introduction to Pandas in Python

Love Your Data!
A week dedicated to giving love to your data begins Monday, Feb 13th. Similar to Open Access Week, LYD is meant to raise awareness and build a community to engage on topics related to research data management, sharing, preservation, and reuse. This year's theme is data quality. Find out more on the LYD website!
Researcher Perception Survey
UC Berkeley Library and the California Digital Library are investigating researchers perceptions, values, and behaviors around the software generated as part of the research process. If you are a researcher, please take this survey to help gather more data. Featured Consultant

Adam Anderson is a Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow in the Digital Humanities. His work brings together the fields of archaeology and computational linguistics to quantify the social and economic landscapes emerging during the late third to early second millennia in the ancient Near East. Collaborating with BPS @BerkeleyProsop to visualize early Assyrian and Sumerian social networks, Anderson's research focuses on tracking the flow people and the exchange of commodities in Bronze Age societies (2100-1800 B.C.).
