WELCOME 2017!

Hi <<First Name>>

Two weeks ago I returned to Australia from a 6 week trip to the Netherlands, together with my husband and our two boys. It was an emotional visit because our second son finally got to meet his Dutch family and celebrate his first birthday with them.

Despite being away from the Netherlands for nearly 4 years, I was surprised about how easy it was to get back into 'everything Dutch'. It felt like putting on that old pair of sneakers that you have had for years. They don't really look great, but boy are they comfortable.

I have to say, it was extremely relaxed having these old sneakers on for a few weeks, but I also realized quickly that you can't always wear your comfy sneakers. Only by putting on new shoes every now and then, ones you've never worn before and that might sometimes still feel a bit uncomfortable, can you experience something new. And when you experience something new, you learn.

Being passionate about learning, I feel excited about being back in WA and taking off my comfy sneakers. Because in 2017 there are new things ahead and I plan to make my business InterACT WA grow even more.

Secondly, I am excited about the fact that more and more organizations in WA connect with InterACT's working methods. Our role play simulations with professional actors prove to be a very valuable tool in learning, coaching and assessment. Thanks to our face-to-face simulations of real workplace interactions, employees in WA gained significant insights into their own competencies which resulted into a much higher retention rate.

So to continue our growth in 2017 I am looking to expand our current actors pool with new corporate actors. Are you our perfect candidate? Or do you know our perfect candidate? I would love to hear from you.
