Policy statement
In a policy statement against the Settlement Regulation Bill, Prof. Amichai Cohen explains that the Regulation Bill will cancel several previous decisions by the Supreme Court and will gravely harm the court's standing. He says that the bill stands in blatant contradiction to international law and the obligations of the State of Israel; will bring severe and illegal harm to the Palestinians’ right to property; and will fan the flames of international BDS activists.
