“Festival Italia” awarded by the City of Perth

The Italian Chamber of Commerce and industry in Perth was awarded on Australia Day the WA Community Event Award by the City of Perth at Council House, the award was for the Festival Italia event held 2 years in a row.
The prestigious Citizen of the Year Award 2017 was presented to Mr Marco Mari, ICCI Secretary General by the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi and Her Excellency the Honourable Kerry Sanderson AC, Governor of Western Australia.
Our President Mr. Massimo Perotti and the Vice President Mr. Marco D’orsogna attended the ceremony where the award was presented.
“Festival Italia” being the second year running by ICCI in September 2016 and 2017 at the Perth Town hall was a great success for the quality of the Italian food and wine products presented and for the extensive public attendance. [more photo..]
