Welcome to Dancing Dragonfly's first newsletter of 2017. Spring energy is definitely rising and the daylight is extending. I write this piece at the start of Lent, where the focus is very much about giving something up, banishing something from your life. It set me thinking - "what if the focus was about embracing/manifesting something that you want to be, want more of in your life"? I'm wondering what a difference one could make to their life, and the world, by focusing on being more loving, kind, compassionate, rather than the giving up of something like chocolate. Certainly, by embracing these qualities more, we move into a much more loving and fulfilling space where we won't crave the things we are trying to give up. Just a thought ....

Living from the Heart
February saw a full day of students and practitioners celebrating the profound beauty and power of Reiki. The theme was living from the heart, with spiritual practices to connect with Oneness and Heart Centredness and so facilitate this in daily life.

This day will be repeated on Sat Jun 10th. It costs £70 and a £20 deposit is required to secure a place. There are limited spaces, so do book early to avoid disappointment.

The Art of Dowsing
Dowsing or divination is an ancient art that anyone can learn and master.

This fun, 3 hour workshop is designed for those who are completely new to dowsing and is also useful for those who wish to refresh their skills. The focus is on introducing the skills and discipline required to use a pendulum. This can then be applied to many circumstances in everyday life.

Metamorphic Technique
Come and spend an afternoon exploring this hidden gem of a technique. The Derby Metamorphic Share Group meets several times a year to give and receive a session. No prior experience is required to take part. For this years dates visit the website. Costs £5 and all welcome.

Life Alignment Group for Women
This group has been running for over a year now, with women coming together to support each others well-being and healing. Themes have ranged from releasing fear and anxiety to establishing firm boundaries and coming into one's power.
All women welcome in this safe, therapeutic space.

The group balances help let go of limiting beliefs, thoughts and emotions, raising awareness of how the body communicates and helps align with innate potential.
The group is held on the 2nd Wed of each month, 7.30 - 9.30 at Woodlands Natural Health Centre and costs £10. N.B. There is no group in April. Mar and May are running as normal.
