February Reminders

Meaningful Use and PQRS Deadlines 2017 - This is an important reminder that providers participating in the Medicare EHR Incentive Program must attest to the 2016 program requirements by February 28, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. ET in order to avoid a 2018 payment adjustment. The EHR reporting period was any continuous 90 days between January 1 and December 31, 2016. In additional, Final PQRS Reporting for 2016 is due to be completed by Feb 28, 2017 in order to be in compliance and avoid 2% payment penalties for 2018. HIXNY Data Exchange Incentive Program (DEIP)
New York State Department of Health and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has established a Data Exchange Incentive Program to increase HIE adoption across the state. This program is designed to help your Practice offset the cost of connecting to the HIXNY HIE. Enrollment is open to all Providers that can meet the DEIP program requirements.
