Adult Reading Challenge

Through a partnership with Briarwood Village and Celina Manor, the Mercer County District Library -- in Celina, Marion, Mendon, and St. Henry, Coldwater Public Library, Rockford Carnegie Library, and Fort Recovery Public Library will be hosting an Adult Reading Challenge for anyone age 50 and over. Read or listen to any book and put your name in a drawing at any Mercer County library for a chance to win a weekly prize or be a part of the grand prize of a Kindle Fire.

The Adult Reading Challenge will run from February 1 through March 1. Grand Prize winner will be announced on March 3.

Take Your Child to the Library Day

Saturday, February 4 is Take Your Child to the Library Day. The Mercer County District Library will be hosting a special Story Time at 10:30 am on February 4, 2017. We will be doing a craft and enjoying a snack as well as singing songs and reading stories.

SOUPer Bowl Party

Join the St. Henry Library from 5:30 to 7:30 pm for a SOUPer Bowl Party. Community members will be bringing in their favorite soup recipes for others to try. Donate $3 to participate in the tasting and to vote for a winner. If you are interested in having your soup as a sample, call the library at 419-678-3128.
