Diabetes eye health resources for Aboriginal people
The 'Check Today, See Tomorrow' resource kit has been developed to increase awareness about diabetes eye care and the need for people with diabetes to have a yearly eye check to help prevent vision loss and blindness.
National Framework for Health Services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children and Families
This framework will help children to get a better start in life. The focus of the framework is on bringing a more holistic approach to health and wellbeing that draws on the strengths of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures.
