2017 The Year of The Rooster

Welcome back for the New Year. The first class for 2017 is Monday 6th February. This will also be the first session of the new Youth Class; a combination of the previous Kids and Youth classes, and at the new time of 6pm - 7pm. 

Thank you to everyone who has contacted me in the last few weeks about the changes. Unfortunately it seems not all the 'info packs' were delivered over the Christmas break, so if you haven't received anything in the post, I've attached all the details below. And please be sure to come and collect your 2016 class photo from me at training next week if you didn't get one already.

The fees list explains the changes in prices (for the students joining the Youth Class for the first time), but please feel free to speak to me for clarification. Can I please request fees for Term 1 be paid by the end of February. Also, all students are required to complete a new membership form every year. The link above will take you to a PDF version of the form which you can complete electronically, print out and drop off in class.

Finally, for those of us born in the Year of the Rooster (1957, 1969, 1981, 1993 and 2005), there will be a special 'Roosters Only' training session ... consisting of 2017 burpees to mark the start of the new year. Tom and Nero, that means you!

Training Seminar with Steyer SBN
Saturday 1st April

Sa Bom Nim PJ Steyer, a 6th Dan (Yuk Dan) Master form the United States (but now living in Melbourne) will be visiting our dojang on Saturday 1st April, and we'll be running training seminars for all the Sydney students. This is a great opportunity to not only train with a highly skilled martial artist, but also to learn from a master level instructor who has trained with some of the legends of Moo Duk Kwan. More details to follow soon, but be sure to keep Saturday 1st April free.
