Easy-to-understand illustrations and text are now available for download in a Danish and an English version of the booklet entitled “The Fundamentals of Bioeconomy: The Biobased Society”. The booklet is published by United Federation of Danish Workers 3F and authored by Lene Lange, The Technical University of Denmark, DTU in collaboration with people from BioValue.​

25 best cases of Nordic Bioeconomy
Nordic Council of ministers reached a milestone towards a joint Nordic Bioeconomy Strategy when publishing the “Nordic Bioeconomy – 25 cases for sustainable change”. 25 cases present together Nordic solutions for global challenges, with BioValue’s vision for upgrading plant material to value-added products as one of them! The cases are divided into four “strongholds” of what could be the ‘new’ Nordic bioeconomy. A truly inspirational catalogue of cases leading the way towards a smarter, more sustainable and more inclusive society. Read it here

BBI Annual Work Program 2017
Bio Based Industries Joint Undertaking has published their Annual Work Plan containing the topic texts for 2017. The Call includes a number of actions which are relevant for BioValue partners in various sizes from Research and Innovation actions (RIA), to Demonstration (D) to Flagship (F) actions.

In BioValue, we would be happy to help in the process, if your institution or company is thinking about leading/participate in a proposal in any of the actions. Call opens in April and closes in September 2017. There is a BBI Open Info Day & Brokerage event on April 28 in Brussels. Read more here
