NDEP NEWSLETTER

Welcome to NDEP's Q4 2016 Newsletter. Despite the prevailing low oil prices and reoccurring disruptions to production, itself leading to revenue loss in Nigeria's oil and gas sector,  NDEP continues to fulfill its obligations.

Deriving from the forward-looking investments and diversification of revenue streams, the Company is ending the year on a positive note.

                                                                                               Ogbele Mini Refinery

Diesel Production Update

Diesel production continues to provide a significant revenue stream for your Company. Between August and October 2016, diesel production hit an all time high volume of 34,878 bbls ( 5,544 ,845 litres).

The Ogbele Refinery Capacity Expansion project is well underway, with the majority of the engineering design work completed. The expansion is planned to increase processing capacity initially to 6,000bpd of crude oil and a 2nd stage increase to 11,000bpd in the immediate future. The Refinery expansion will position NDPR to handle more efficiently the challenges posed by the frequent and reoccurring unavailability of the Bonny export Terminal.

Uganda

NDPR emerged as a successful bidder of the Ngassa block in Uganda, and has been paired with Oranto Petroleum. This was the result of over 4 years of sustained effort, starting with an initial outing with the Ministry of Petroleum to Kampala on the introduction of the Nigerian High Commission in Entebbe.

A visiting delegation of Ugandan Officers came to tour NDPR's facilities at Ogbele and the Lagos Head Office. This achievement is a further realization of NDPR’s Pan African growth vision.
