February 2017 Tamarack Resort Real Estate Update

Tamarack Resort is off to a great start to 2017. Current transactions that have either closed escrow or are pending to close by March 31st total over $7.2M. Compared to all of 2016 totaling $4,038,200.  With two more months of ski season and good occupancy on the books throughout the Resort, we expect to see the real estate transactions continue.   The confidence and stability within Tamarack Resort is coming back.  The great history of our young resort is incredible and is worth sharing once again:

Tamarack Resort saw the most successful resort real estate launches in the U.S. with 8 releases totaling $515M.  The vision of a mountain-meadow-lake master-planned boutique resort came to life.  A marina on a  21-mile long lake that warms to 78 degrees in the summer; an 18 hole Robert Trent Jones Jr Championship Golf Course rated #1 in its class in 2006; IMBA designed world class mountain biking trails; #5 ranked Zip Line in the U.S by USA Today; guided whitewater raft trips on the Payette River; 2,800 vertical feet of champagne powder skiing with glades, cornices, groomers and 5,000 AC of backcountry…with no lift lines.  With nearly $600M of infrastructure in the Resort, bank debt of over $300M wiped free and clear, and all foreclosures behind us, the future is getting more clear.   New luxury homes are being built each year, real estate prices are on the rise, and the homeowners association is as strong as ever.   As a new video is in the works, check out this 2007 Tamarack Resort Introductory Video to give you a small glimpse of the magic of Tamarack Resort.  Note the Village Plaza is still under construction and the Fairmont Tamarack never broke ground.
