I was recently asked what I love most about my job as an Intuitive life Coach & Energy Healer. I pondered for quite a while, because really, I have so many favorites.

Some of my favorites include:
- helping my clients understand that there’s nothing wrong with them & then helping them dismantle the beliefs and energy patterns that got them thinking there was something wrong with them in the first place
- supporting my clients in cultivating, honing and trusting their intuition
- facilitating energy healing sessions during which chronic long-standing issues resolve & clients begin experiencing greater health, abundance, ease, flow, clarity and JOY!
- writing blog articles
- teaching workshops

But my *favorite* thing is helping women move through the fear they feel when they begin to understand how magnificent they really are.

Let’s be honest. You know you’re here for something more than struggling, existing, or living on auto-pilot, right? So what is stopping you from looking at yourself and your life honestly, and giving yourself permission to have a conversation with your soul?

Fear. Plain and simple.

Fear can paralyze even the most spirited, courageous woman. It whispers insidious nasties in your ear, telling you that you don’t have what it takes. That you’re not smart enough. That you don’t have a degree. Or if you do, that you don't have the right degree. That you need to raise your kids first. That you’re being selfish. That you're too young, or too old. It challenges: "Who are you to (fill in the blank)? You’re nobody special."

But I’m here to kick fear in the ass and remind you that you are a soul having a human experience. You are here to contribute something beautiful and amazing in the world, something unique to you. And you do have what it takes, because everything you need is inside you already. You may just need someone to help you uncover what’s already there, someone who inspires you, believes in you, encourages and supports you, and doesn't let you go astray in the land of limiting beliefs.

Are you aware that there are 7+ billion people living on the planet right now? Each and every person alive is as unique as a snowflake – each has a unique reason for being – I call it their purpose.

And your purpose has nothing to do with your career, or how you earn a living. Your career is merely a vehicle for the expression of your purpose.

So if you’re feeling stuck, frustrated, out of alignment, and living a life that feels far too small YOU ARE!

And it’s because I’ve been through this process myself (discovering my unique purpose, that is) that I know first-hand how daunting (OK, terrifying) it can feel to see, really see and know that you ARE here for something magnificent and amazing.

How did I discover my purpose? Well, for starters, there was a period of time when I didn't listen to my soul's guidance, and in return I had the pleasure of experiencing several of life's "2'x4' with nails in it" type of experiences. My soul's way of trying to get my attention and get me back on course. I have to be honest and tell you that time in my life wasn't a whole lot of fun.

Despite my tendency to whine and wonder "Why me?" I knew deep down that those traumatic experiences had served a larger purpose. In fact, they were the curriculum for my soul to learn how to embody and express my purpose. So, I stared fear in the face, put on my big girl panties, and took a good honest look at myself, my life, my choices. I reached out for help. And I resolved to become the person that my soul endeavored for me, despite not knowing how at the time. I knew I would be guided if I just trusted that my purpose was holding its arms out ready to embrace me. And when I stepped forward I fell right into the arms of grace.

Now, when I feel scared I let myself feel the fear – all of it. I let myself acknowledge that my knees are knocking, my chest feels tight. I acknowledge the negative self-talk that goes on inside my head.
And then I remind myself that I am intelligent. I am smart enough. I do have what it takes. That the dream (whatever it is) is mine because it’s part of my soulprint (my life purpose). And then I tell myself to put on my big girl panties and get to it.

My purpose is to remind you that you are good enough, intelligent enough, smart enough. You do have what it takes. And to support you in identifying and embodying your soul purpose. And I would love to support you in dismantling everything that stands in the way of you becoming the person your soul endeavored to be.
