Welcome to the January (just!) 2017 edition.

In the lunar calendar celebrated by the Chinese, 2017 is the year of the brilliant and enthusiastic Rooster. Combined with the Fire element, this is said to usher in an enterprising and fruitful year – a nice wish for us all.

And to kick of this enterprising new year, two new services are now on offer through the Holistic Notion website. Read on below for details.

Bio-compatibility test

I’ve very pleased to offer this new service. The bio-compatibility test allows you to test for 500 products that may be adversely affecting your health, with a 6 month wellness program to help you get back on track.

Products tested for include foods, personal care items, household cleaning products (laundry, bathroom and kitchen), and much more. There are also other options to test for products from Aldi (if you shop there), baby products, Indian foods… as well as a test for cats and dogs.

Its non-invasive, with only a small hair sample being used (about a thumbnail size), and saliva can be used if no hair is available (e.g. for babies).
