A report was given by William Wagner to the Board of Supervisors on January 9, 2017 to highlight the opportunities that can evolve into programs for the county. Money for a needs assessment is available. Interested individuals and/or groups are needed to bring more light to this very real concern in order for this to move through the governing body.
