We’re glad to see your level of commitment to complete ANU Spiritual Training Phase I. Now, let’s get to the work! Module 1 is a Course introduction. Reference the FAQ’s in this section to address any initial questions you may have, and view set expectations that have been prepared for you.
Module 2 is about Mind, Spirit, Body, and Soul. This module is about innerstanding that your goal is always to ascend the ladder of consciousness. Your mind is a tool for you to master your cosmic experiences by developing your character. The saying “the mind is the devil’s playground” is referenced. Take into account that every thought creates a spirit, and each spirit creates a cell, therefore giving each thought force a physical form. All these spirits within your internal community are always competing to be most notable. Think about which spirit you are giving your power to. The body is the physical representation of karmic balance and a barometer of where your soul is. Soul is your human will. Are you a conscious creator? Are you ready to start looking at your reflection to uncover what lies beneath? Start the path to self-ministry now.

Tips from a Student’s Perspective
If you’ve already done these modules, it is not required for you to repeat, although some do.
This is by far what most consider to be the “scariest” of them all. As you are gazing into the reminder, remember you are not evoking anything. Do not be scared to face what lies within you. What you see when you stare into the mirror is what you created.
Pay close attention to the difference in spirit and soul.
Be fully open to the experience. It will transform you if you follow the steps as instructed.
