Love your work. Love your life.

Dear Friends,

A few days ago I spotted an article in Inc. with a list of books that could be read in place of an MBA. My heart sank when I saw that the antiquated author had not included ANY books written by women. I tweeted my surprise to both the author and magazine and unleashed a cadre of my sisters to share their thoughts too. Here is where we are right now.  I don’t know where this will end but I do know that it is so important to speak up, because big changes come from small changes and small changes happen when we use our voices in whatever way we can.

In celebration of my birthday today, I ask that you use your own gifts to speak up for injustice wherever and whenever you see it.
