Dear Members

Following on from previous updates that JFL has provided in relation to UK capital gains tax changes, please find below a link to a Members’ Briefing which JFL published yesterday via their Industry Insight.

The briefing covers the HMRC and HMT response to the NR CGT consultation, which was published on 6 July along with draft Finance Bill clauses. JFL have a meeting scheduled for 19 July with HMRC to discuss the latest proposals. In advance of that meeting, any member who has any thoughts/comments should direct these direct to David Postlethwaite at david.postlethwaite@jerseyfinance.je
