Urgent Message from Prof Nigel Wheeldon, Honorary Professor of Inherited Cardiac Conditions University of Sheffield.
I need the following information from all of those providing ICC services, ASAP please:
- Name of ICC centre hospital (city/town providing tertiary/hub service)
- Names of any hospitals where outreach ICC services are provided from that centre
- ICC Lead contact name and email address

I am working with NHS England to produce an inventory of where NHS ICC services are currently being provided. The information provided will aid NHS England in assessing National Service Provision
Although I am working with NHS England, please respond if you are from Wales, Scotland and NI as well.
I need to try and map out the ICC landscape, so we need every ICC provider on the map.
If you know information from a centre not represented on the AICC membership. please send this or ask the lead to contact me
I will re contact the service leads for more info at a later stage.
