Arts Council England have announced a new fund to support independent creative practitioners. Applications close at midday on Thursday 16 August 2018.

Youth Music and partners have produced guidance for Music Education Hubs on developing an inclusive approach to the core and extension roles.

How is creativity applied and valued in your work and personal life? The Durham Commission is interested in how people think creatively in their own experience/professional practice. The questionnaire closes on Tuesday 31 July.

A new BBC One show is seeking young singers and musicians to record a special song. 

The OHMI Trust is hosting a major conference exploring barriers to music-making, Friday 7 to Saturday 8 September, Birmingham. 

There are summer opportunities for young people to take part in with Trinity Laban's Musical Theatre Summer School, ABCD Young Conductors course, and Astley Youth Band music course.
