How's our banking?
You may have recently experienced some issues with our Mobile Deposit feature. Needless to say, some of you voiced your frustration, rightfully so. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we heard you loud and clear. We are happy to say that the Mobile Deposit feature has since been restored and our Mobile Banking is fully functional once again. We are even happier to say that we are currently working on upgrading our systems to provide you with more stability, security, and features than ever before. Your upgraded user experience will also include our online and mobile banking systems.
This upgrade is scheduled for the Fall, but we are working hard behind the scenes, and will give you more information on what upgrades to expect as the time gets closer. In the meantime, please consider this your official invitation to the event of the year. There is no RSVP needed. Instead, tell us what you think about your experience banking with us. Let us know what you like about us, what you want us to improve, or how we can improve your experience. We are always working to strengthen our relationship together and would like to hear from you first-hand. "Our bank" is your bank and, much like any relationship, in order for us to succeed, we must communicate.
