Good evening, Sunnyville fans. After working to get the rewards out, the last Sunnyville #17 Kickstarter rewards go out this weekend and the Kickstarter will officially be closed.
While this is a short message, its scope is important because I have many comics coming out.
Next on the agenda will be the Kickstarter for the Sunnyville Super Special #2. This will collect Sunnyville #15 and #16 which I have not yet put into single issue format.
There is also Sunnyville #18. I aim to finish the script over this week. There should be an excerpt in next week's mailing list. As this is a time travel story, I have to make sure it "works" and can be easily adapted into a readable comics format.
What is really on my mind will be Tiffany & Corey's first book which is planned for 2019. This book will be collecting many of the cartoons that have already been published.
Now I know what some of you fans are thinking. The book is not scheduled for release until next year. Why am I concerned now about it?
Because I need to plan on how to sell and market this creation. That means having to go over my promotion resources, devising a suitable marketing strategy (not unlike what I did for Sunnyville Stories) and leveraging my connections. I had to reach out this week to my business contacts to let them know about this book and to get them ready for it.
We are already halfway through the year but I need to be ready. There's so much more to come so make sure everyone stays tuned.
